We were tasked by our client, an electric car charger provider, to manage their virtual Christmas Party. 90% of the audience were based in Europe, with the balance located in the USA and Australia.
As a growing company and industry, many employees had not met their colleagues since joining the company – the focus was fun, interactive and a celebration.
We created a branded platform for an evening of live activity, with an event producer managing live links between speakers, entertainment, the quiz master and attendees.
The evening included introductions to new employees with their self-produced videos, musical Christmas Carol Bingo, a creative magician with interactive virtual tricks, and a bespoke quiz which was developed specifically for the event.
Branded Christmas parcels were sent to all employees with the necessary items for the event including cards for magic, a bingo card, paper, pens, a personalised Christmas card, snacks, chocolate and a bottle of Champagne, all topped off with a sprig of holly.
Fun prizes were purchased and sent to the winners that were announced on the day.
